DESCRIPTION

BetonTherm Cork is the ideal system for the realization of thermo-acoustic composite system with high mechanical resistance, high thermal displacement, and high noise reduction. The panels are suitable for external thermal insulation both internal and external.

Reinforced thermal composite system made by insulating cork panels and cement bonded particle boards with high density BetonTherm Cork. The system consists of two factory-coupled layers, an high-density one made of Betonwood cement bonded particle board and a natural blond cork insulation.

The insulating panel BetonTherm Cork is one of the best products on the market as materials, both in terms of durability, mechanical resistance, resistance to humidity, mass, thermal phase shift, has an excellent fire behavior, and is also suitable for both new masonry and wooden constructions , and above all as a panel for restoring damaged plaster and persistent humidity.
The system includes:

• Betonwood cement bonded particle board, which constitutes the most external rigid layer on which it is possible to apply the desired finish. This panel is supplied already coupled with the insulating material and milled both on the external edges and for the housing of the rawplugs. The edge milling allows you to reinforce the joints between the panels before shaving, with the laying of a glass band, adhesive on one side, in order to prevent the formation of micro-cracks in the case of building settling;
• an insulating panel in natural blond cork CorkPanels guarantees thermo-acoustic insulation in a healthy and natural way, even in case of high humidity;
• BetonFix rawplug equipped with an anti-thermal bridge protection cap;
• glass net and accessories;
• skimming mortar and finishing products.

BETONTHERM® SYSTEM ADVANTAGES:

1. FIRE REACTION CLASS A2
The reinforced thermal composite systems BetonTherm Fiber, Cork and Styr, thanks to the cement bonded particle board external side, with fire reaction class A2, are suitable for escape routes, schools, hospitals, public buildings and environments where not only insulation is important but also safety.

2. HIGH MECHANICAL RESISTANCE
The reinforced thermal composite systems BetonTherm Fiber, Cork and Styr, having a 14 mm cement panel, it offers a remarkable mechanical resistance, not only to hang accessories on the coat surface, but also to make it resistant to vandalism. Suitable for schools, gyms, etc.

3. ECOLOGICAL MATERIALS
The reinforced thermal composite systems BetonTherm Fiber, and Cork, are products certified by green building, as they are composed of natural, ecological and recyclable materials.

4. HIGH SOUNDPROOFING
The reinforced thermal composite systems BetonTherm Fiber, Cork and Styr, joining panels of two different densities they have the advantage of reducing a wide range of acoustic frequencies, even very high ones, with considerable efficiency. Suitable for public buildings.

5. EASY INSTALLATION
The reinforced thermal composite system BetonTherm Fiber using 5 dowels with a steel core with a capacity of 150 Kg each for each panel, allows the panels to be securely fixed to the underlying masonry without gluing them and without having to completely restore the underlying plaster.

6. SAFETY
The reinforced thermal composite system BetonTherm Fiber can also be used as thermal insulation for floors, soffits, avoiding the laying of traditional false ceilings and therefore increasing safety in the event of earthquakes or fires.
